Well I just got done reading an article out of the magazine and it talks about interviewing . When arriving at an interview theres always something different that going to hit, that you weren't ready for. Instead of an one-on-one meeting with the manager, that you weren't expecting. " using different types of interviews gives the employer a truer picture of the interviewee" says Righetti High School . this interview method is called Traditional Interview and its a one-on-one interview and face-to-face, meaning just one person asking you questions that you would have to answer. This inteview method is still common and most likely to be used now days. In an interview you make eye contact, answer all questions clearly, ask questions and show your best qualities.
